Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, labels, and protective covers remain intact to maintain the garment's condition.
Dispatch the Parcel
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location or arrange for a collection through our customer service portal.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team has inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
